These migraine headaches took my life away from me, as many times I could not function, lying in bed, taking different over the counter pills, hot packs cold packs, whatever trying to get relief.  The past 10 years the headaches were accompanied by severe nausea, where I literally laid on the bathroom floor with a pillow.  When I tried to function, mostly not to miss work, I was completely miserable.

It was only in the last 4 years that I was diagnosed with migraine headaches.  Prior to that it was tension headaches, cluster headaches, sinus headaches.  I saw various doctors over the past years, including 3 ENTs, a neurologist and an internist.  I had brain scans, for a possible brain tumor, and sinus scans for a possible sinus tumor.

I took prescription drugs for migraine and nausea, which help, but do not prevent attacks and leave you Zombie-like for 2 to 3 days.

At wits end, I made an appointment to see Dr. Michael Phillips.  He started with X-rays and a physical evaluation on March 2, 2007.  The next visit he started with spinal adjustments and a nutritional evaluation.  I got adjusted several times a week by Dr. Phillips and took the nutritional supplements he recommended.

On April third and fourth, there was a 50 degree drop in temperature, which should have guaranteed a severe migraine.  Miraculously, I had none!  Although, I still get small or slight headaches, the quality of my life has improved 90% plus!  Also in general I feel more rested (less tired during the day).
